About Tribble
Sunil Rao founded Tribble in 2023, after nearly eight years at Salesforce
Tribble answers RFPs, security questionnaires and seller questions from the content your company already approved.
Customers use Tribble Respond for RFPs, DDQs and security questionnaires, and Tribble Engage to answer sellers in Slack and Microsoft Teams. Every answer names the document it came from, and the questions that need an expert go to the person who owns them.
Why Tribble exists
At Salesforce, Sunil watched sales teams rewrite the same answers on every deal
Sunil Rao spent nearly eight years at Salesforce and rose to VP and General Manager of Consumer Goods. In that time he watched enterprise sales teams run hundreds of complex deals with no memory of the last one. The answer that won an RFP sat in somebody's folder, it left when they did, and nobody could say which proposals had actually won.
He founded Tribble in April 2023 to keep that knowledge working. Tribble reads what a company has already approved: past proposals, product documents, policies and call notes. It drafts each answer from those sources and names the one it used, and what reviewers change and which deals are won feed into the next answer.
Tim Law joined as the first employee and has built the platform since. Today customers run Tribble in the web app, in Slack and in Microsoft Teams.
